Austin and his buddies after winning a weekend tournament. They had a really good weekend, and you can tell how happy they are in this picture. Mike Thomas and his son took on coaching duties and really take care of the boys. Neither has a son on the team, but they both are invested like they do!
This tournament had a real fun idea of letting the boys lower the rims and having a dunk contest. Austin is always practicing his dunks in the driveway and could not have been happier about this contest. He is one of the more athletic, and bigger kids on the team, and ended up winning the contest.
Winning is so much more fun than losing...
