This is an example of the class F scout uniform. Normally, we try and get in the class A, meaning a scout shirt, brown pants, socks, shoes, sash, and maybe a hat. Austin was one for five! However, the important part was recognizing him for his achievements at scout camp. Hard earned badges.
Brother Holt has the boys explain what they did to get the badge, what they liked or disliked and the most challenging part. It is funny to hear the boys and what they recall about the badges. Mostly that it took too long or was not exciting enough.
Austin earned four badges at camp, including a couple of required badges. On his way to his eagle if he keeps after it!
